We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders of value EUR 40 and above!
How will my order be shipped?
We prepare and forward your order to courier companies within one working day after your payment has cleared.
Courier companies Do Not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code
For some larger orders, we may choose to deliver your order in separate parts.
When will I receive my order?
When you place an order, you will get an automatic confirmation email with your order details.
Orders placed on our website require up to two working days to be processed.
Once your order is ready we will forward it to the shipping courier, you will receive an email with tracking number that you can check the status directly through their website.
Most orders reach customers within 1 to 2 working days.
Under certain circumstances beyond our control (lockdown, Floods, Rain...etc) transit time may take a bit longer.
In case of delays
Once we handover the shipments to the courier services we won't have any control on the delivery times.
However, most orders reach the customer within 1-2 working days (5 in case of weekend/public holidays).
Bokitta is not responsible for any delays, however, if your items are lost, they are fully insured and you will get full refund.
Rest assured that Bokitta has its customer's satisfaction and smooth delivery as a number one priority.
Transit Risk
BOKITTA® is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the delivery company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. However, Bokitta® will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer`s address by postal / courier agency.
Also be aware that all shipments to any Girls College/School/Hostel are placed at the customer`s risk. If the school`s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, BOKITTA® will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer`s account, nor shall BOKITTA® attempt re-shipment of the same order.
VAT & Custom Duties
International customers (i.e. outside EU) are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely the customers’ responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case by case basis.
